Dried Tomato Flakes:
Critical rusty red pantry ingredient drives back with lengthened shelf life from Mevive. Mevive’s dehydrated tomato flakes are a potent blast and fragrant blend of deep savoriness, tarty touch, and ripe sweetness. It replaces vegetable puree with a classic tomato kick and favours both spicy to boot sweet dishes. Fresh pulpy tomatoes are cleaned and dried in a hygienic environment to deliver diverse natural end products.
Manufacturing Process:
Mevive procures ripe, pulpy tomatoes. First, they are sorted and cleaned to get rid of mud or other impurities stuck to the vegetables. Then, the overmatured, bad, or rotten tomatoes are separated from the other pulpy ones. After that, the tomatoes will be chopped and made ready for dehydration. Next, the chopped, juicy tomatoes undergo a dehydration process where the water content of the vegetable will be removed. Finally, the dehydrated tomato flakes are obtained. The dried tomato flakes will be allowed to cool and Air-tight packaging will be used to ensure that our dehydrated products will stay fresh for up to one year.  
Uses:
Mevive’s dehydrated tomato flakes are flavour enhancers that are apt for food colouring too.
