Manufacturing Process:
Fresh raw red, pink, and white onions procured by Mevive are sorted initially based on their colour. They are then cleaned to remove the impurities or soil. The onions will be peeled and sliced after they get washed. Then they are cut and made ready for dehydration. The chopped onions are moved to get dehydrated, where their moisture will be lost entirely. After evaporation, onion flakes are produced, which can either be converted into onion powder or resized into other forms depending on the customer's preference. After getting cool, the final dehydrated onion product is collected and filtered for air packing, which stays for up to 1 year.
Uses:
