Dehydrated Raw Mango Powder:
Raw and rugged that remains defiantly unchanged even when dried. Mevive’s pale yellow-coloured and fibrous textured dried raw mango powder is to preserve the acidic spicy tart flavour of unripe mangoes. It’s the moistureless citrusy tangy taste that is a natural flavouring and souring agent. Woody strips of dried raw mangoes are finely made into dehydrated raw mango/amchur powder. The best partner in crime for biryani mix, chutney, curries, kebab marinades, masala powder and spice blends. Dehydrated Raw Mango is available in flakes and powder which can be customized based on the customer’s preference.
Manufacturing Process:
Mevive spots and purchases unripe raw green mangoes. These raw mangoes are first assessed and graded before moving on to cleaning and washing. The damaged, ripe, or rotten mangoes will be eliminated during cleaning. After removing the rotten mangoes, the good ones are peeled to extract a more tangy flavour than when the skins are still on. After carefully skinning the mangoes, they will be thoroughly deseeded and cut into various sizes for dehydration. Following the dehydration process, the earthy-textured mango flakes can be pulverized into dried raw mango powder or resized to obtain other shapes depending on the client's choice.
