Our dehydrated capsicums are preferred for their authentic flavour unveiling the freshness. Mevive dehydrates a wide range of ripened capsicums to deliver premium quality products.
Manufacturing Process:
Mevive buys the most satisfactory red and green capsicum grades. They will be cleaned to separate dirt or foreign particles and eliminate those rotten or bad capsicums. Afterwards, the good ones are de-cored to detach the seeds before slicing them into pieces. Next, the sliced capsicums are passed to the dehydrator to eliminate the water content and get the dried capsicum flakes. Finally, the dehydrated capsicum is cooled and gathered to load it in bulk.
