Manufacturing Process:
Mevive purchases premium quality ginger and before washing, the raw gingers that have been purchased are graded. Next, the spoiled, rotten, or damaged ginger will be removed while cleaning. Afterwards, the ginger's skin will be peeled off before slicing them. Then, the chopped ginger is moved to the soaking unit for blanching. Those gingers will undergo a dehydration process to get the dried ginger flakes. Customization can be done after this step. The client can grind the flakes to get free-flowing dried ginger powder or resize them to obtain other forms. The dehydrated ginger product will finally be gathered and given time to cool.In another way, fresh ginger is dried and then the dry ginger is grounded to get a fine dried ginger powder.
