Manufacturing Process:
Mevive procures the finest grade of green chillies, which are graded and sorted initially. First, green chillies are cleaned in, where they get washed to eliminate the presence of foreign particles and impurities. Then, the stalk and stem of the chillies are removed. After that, the chillies will be chopped and made ready for dehydration. During the dehydration process, the entire moisture content present in the chillies is extracted, and dehydrated green chilli flakes are obtained. Based on the client's requirement, the flakes can either be ground into powder or turned into other forms that will retain the pure green chilli flavour. Finally, the dehydrated green chilli is left to cool and gathered to be packed in bulk. These air-tight bulks will keep the product fresh for up to 12 months. 
Uses:
