Manufacturing Process:
Mevive's dehydrated mixed vegetables combine dried carrots, green beans, cabbage, tomatoes, and capsicums. These veggies are procured directly from the farmers. First, they are sorted and graded before being washed thoroughly. Afterwards, the good veggies are separated from the premature or overmatured ones. Then, they are all neatly peeled, trimmed, and de-cored before being cut into appropriate and equal sizes. After that, these mixed veggies are moved to undergo dehydration, where the moisture level present in them will be lowered to the core. The dehydrated mixed vegetables will be finally gathered and left to lose heat before entering the packaging phase. Once they are cooled, the dehydrated mixed vegetables will be filtered and get sterile packed under quality commitments to stay fresh for up to 12 months.
