Dehydrated Lemon Peel:

Mevive’s dehydrated lemon peels are aromatic with a refreshing flavor that perfectly goes with Ayurveda and personal-care products. Our dried lemon are black colored available in both peel and peel powder forms. Mevive’s dried lemon peel powder are grounded from the dried whole lemon peels to offer a vivid zing in its aroma.
Manufacturing Process:
Mevive purchases fresh lemon peels. First, the lemon peels are graded and washed thoroughly to remove any foreign particles that might have stuck to the lemon skins. Then, the spoiled, rotten, or bad peels are eliminated from the rest of the good ones. After separating the damaged lemon peels, the good ones are sent to undergo dehydration, where the citrusy moisture levels of lemon get down to bottom levels. Depending on the client's needs, the dehydrated lemon peels can either be ground to powder or resized to get other forms that retain the exact lemon flavour. Finally, the dried lemon peels are cooled and gathered. The end product will be sterile-packed by Mevive to last up to a year.
