Manufacturing Process:

Then, the pods of the green peas are peeled to split open and get the individual seeds. The seeds are then blanched to preserve the end product's colour, flavour, and texture. The blanched peas are then dried till the moisture content goes down. Finally, the dehydrated green peas obtained are gathered, allowed to cool, and then filtered. Before being air-packed to stay fresh for up to a year, they will be checked for quality requirements.
