Manufacturing Process:
Mevive chooses the best, most juicy watermelons. First, the summer fruits will be sent to get washed, cleaned, and separated from the ones that are rotten or juiceless. After removing the undesirable melons, the good ones are meticulously chopped, sliced, and de-seeded to obtain fresh watermelon juice. The evaporators will subsequently be used to filter and concentrate the melon fruit juice. Finally, the concentrated watermelon pulp will be spray-dried. After filtration, our freely flowing watermelon fruit powder will be cooled and collected. The dried watermelon powder will then be air-packed to maintain freshness for up to 12 months after being reviewed for quality requirements.
