Our Apple Powder is a natural, certified product with no preservatives or artificial colours/flavours. Nine litres of apple juices are spray-dried to give one kilogram of our Dried Apple Powder. So, our highly concentrated pure apple flavouring powder will be enough to meet the desired flavour in instant beverages, flavoured drinks, and juice mix powders.
Manufacturing Process:
Mevive procures fresh red apples. First, fresh apples are passed for washing vat. Then, the fruits are thoroughly cleaned and damaged, or broken ones will be removed. After separating the bad apples, the skins are peeled and the seeds are decored carefully to extract the pure apple juice. The extracted apple juice is filtered and then concentrated by utilising the evaporators. The concentrated apple pulp will be finally spray dried. Our apple juice powder is cooled and collected after being sieved. Finally, our natural apple powder is checked for quality standards before being sterile-packed to sustain up to 12 months.
