Manufacturing Process:
Mevive procures high-quality pineapple varieties. First, fresh pineapples are passed for washing, cleansing, and removing the rotten or bad ones. After separating the spoiled pineapples, the skins are peeled. Then, coring, milling/crushing of pineapple happens to extract the fresh juice. The juice is then standardized and concentrated by employing evaporators. The concentrated juice droplets are finally spray dried. Our dried pineapple powder is cooled and gathered after being sieved. Finally, the pineapple powder is quality checked before being packaged sterilely to sustain fresh for up to 12 months.
