Manufacturing Process:
Mevive procures ripe, pulpy papayas. First, fresh papayas will be passed for washing, where the fruits will be thoroughly cleaned. Also, the unripe, broken, or juiceless ones will be eliminated. After separating, the skins of the fruit are peeled, cut, and the seeds are meticulously eliminated to extract the natural papaya juice. The juice will then be filtered and concentrated by utilizing the evaporators. The concentrated papaya pulp will be finally spray dried. Our free-flowing Dried Papaya Powder is finally allowed to cool. They will be collected after being sieved. Our pure papaya fruit powder will be checked for quality standards before it enters sterile packing to sustain up to a year.
