Mevive’s spray-dried litchi powder is a natural flavouring property that is made from litchi fruit. Manufacturing Process:
Initially, the manufacturing process for litchi juice powder involves the careful selection and processing of fresh litchi fruit. Then, the extracted pulp will be mixed with maltodextrin to homogenize the mixture. Finally, the homogenized mixture will be spray-dried when it is passed into the atomizer, and it will be dried using a hot air supply. Then collecting and sieving the dried particles, cooling the powder, and packing it in airtight containers will happen.
